Adult Ballet
Our Adult Ballet class is designed for dancers of all levels, from beginners to those with prior experience. This class focuses on refining technique, introducing foundational movements, and extending ballet skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Ballet offers numerous benefits, including improved posture, flexibility, and strength. This class does not perform in the recital. Adults can wear ballet tights and leotard, or leggings and an athletic top. Ballet shoes should be worn, but socks can be used for trial classes.
